Venkat Reddy Medical Academy is a private coaching institute providing long-term NEET (UG) examination preparation. We are not a university, board, or degree-granting institution, and we are not affiliated with NTA, NMC, or any government examination body. References to results, ranks, or MBBS conversions describe the outcomes of past students under conditions specific to them and are shared for informational purposes only.

Our NEET Long-Term programme is open to students who have completed their Intermediate (or equivalent) education. The 2027 Long-Term batch is offered exclusively for girl students. Admission is granted at the sole discretion of the Academy, subject to seat availability, an assessment of the applicant's readiness, and completion of the enrollment formalities and fee payment. The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission at any stage for reasons including incomplete documentation, misconduct, or a batch reaching capacity.

• Course fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be communicated in writing at the time of admission and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Fees paid towards registration, study material, or a confirmed seat are generally non-refundable once a batch has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
• Any refund, transfer, or fee-adjustment request will be considered only as per the refund policy communicated at admission, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Academy management.
• Delayed or non-payment of fees may result in suspension of classes, withholding of study material, or discontinuation from the programme.

As a long-term, disciplined coaching environment we expect regular attendance, punctuality, and respectful conduct towards faculty and fellow students at all times, including within any residential or hostel facility associated with the programme. The Academy may issue warnings, suspend, or discontinue a student whose conduct is found to be disruptive, dishonest (including malpractice in tests), or in violation of the Academy's code of conduct, without a refund of fees already paid.

Our teaching methodology includes periodic tests with negative marking that are not repeated from classroom material, designed to simulate actual examination conditions. While we structure our programme around a strong track record, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific rank, score, seat, or admission outcome for any individual student, as results depend on factors including the student's own effort, aptitude, and performance in the actual NEET examination conducted by the relevant authority.

All study material, test papers, question banks, course content, logos, and the website itself are the intellectual property of Venkat Reddy Medical Academy and are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of enrolled students. Copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or publishing this material in any form without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

By enrolling, you consent to the Academy using your (or your ward's) name, photograph, rank, and testimonial in our promotional material, website, and social media to showcase academic results and student experiences, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. The Academy may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venkat Reddy Medical Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, participation in our programmes, or reliance on any information published here, including any interruption to classes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
