When you fill in our enquiry / callback form, we collect:

• Student name and phone number (required)
• Email address (optional, if provided)
• Programme of interest
• Any message or additional details you choose to share

If you go on to enroll, we also collect admission and academic details (such as Intermediate marks), parent/guardian contact information, and payment records needed to process your admission.

• To respond to your enquiry and guide you through the admission process
• To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email about admissions, batch schedules, tests, and academy updates
• To process enrollment, maintain academic and attendance records, and administer tests

By submitting the enquiry form or sharing your contact details with us, you consent to being contacted by our admissions team by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC, for the limited purpose of responding to your request. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details in Section 8.

Many of our students are under 18 years of age. Where a student is a minor, we collect and process their information on the basis of consent given by a parent or legal guardian at the time of admission, and all communication regarding enrollment is directed to the parent/guardian in addition to the student.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the Academy (such as our website hosting provider, payment processing, or communication tools) solely to the extent necessary to provide our services, and we require them to keep it confidential. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or a valid request from a government or regulatory authority.
